Living With Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Some incurable STDs like herpes can have minor symptoms, but the impact they have on someone emotionally can be devastating. For HIV and AIDS, that emotionally impact (along with the physical impact) can and is even worse.
If you have been diagnosed with an STD that is incurable, you should find a support group in your area. With a group you could express feelings and thoughts about living with STDs that other members of the group should be able to understand.
Dating other people with the same STD you have, could make dating easier and less embarrassing for you. Especially when it comes time to talk about your positive status. So if you would like to find someone else who shares your positive status, check out Meet Positive People. A dating website for people who are positive for an STD.
